It is said that "it is easier to destroy than to build". I am looking for a good set of dimensions for a framework which could be used for descriptions of the property of "easy", such that it affects destruction and construction in the manner expressed by the saying. Assume that liberation of the individual and vitality of the society are primary goals of those who will use the resulting framework.
