I am interested in exploring, from first principles, the mathematics that is foundational to the geometry of bonding, here considering bonding in its most primitive abstracted sense. With this as the foundational level, I would like to explore the complex bonding which occurs where there are multiple centers, and multiple levels within the centers. I am looking for the principle normative terms and relationships which will be encountered when discussing bonding.
